Qkweli! When Tanzania general election is on way the country facing some challenges including donors funds cuts a baby has died from preventable illness caused by dirty water and lack of access to basic latrines.
The event happened at Mlali Health Centre, in Tanzania’s
Morogoro region.
Aisha, (38) for her this was entirely unexpected, but the same thing had happened when she gave a birth of her other children girls aged 8, 13 and 16 when relatives fetched water from nearby river. She said during January things were worst her two sister in law and a neighbor had to dig down into the riverbed and shovel to get deep down water.
